Picky toddler

Let me start with.... 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

My son was always an amazing eater until maybe 2 months ago. He still does pretty well with eating but sometimes he just plain refuses. He will throw fits when we try to get him to eat, but then when we sit down, with the EXACT same food we were trying to feed him, he will say, “some of mommy’s/daddy’s food please.” He will eat our food no problem, even if it’s the same thing we tried to give him to begin with. I don’t want to make a habit of him asking for our food but I don’t really know what to do to get him to eat his own food.
