Baby shower registry

Hey everyone where is the best place to register for my baby shower and just to do some everyday baby shopping?? I loved babies r us cause it was a store I could physically go to and it had a little bit of everything! I helped my aunt register there n it was great!! Everything right there... I could look at it, feel it, try it out... and now there is no more Babies R Us :-( does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should register or do my shopping?? Online sites would even be great
