Cysts! I have to ask! 6w5d Preg/PCOS

I have PCOS, however, i recently found out I’m expecting! Yay!!! However, went to the ER with what i thought were bladder cramps (bc i knew they weren’t uterine).... they’ve found cyst on the right ovary and multiple on the left, ER doc said that’s what’s causing the pain bc blood tests and ultrasounds showed no issue with bladder or anything.... been having cramps off and on for days. When they saw the baby, baby was fine, heart beating. Anyone else experience cramps from cysts???? Oh and i had subchorionic hemorrhaging (bleed between placenta and uterus, but she said it was a minor bleed, told me to rest, said it’s seen a lot in first trimester and a lot of times corrects itself but to just rest). But the pain isn’t coming from that..... so anyone else with cysts during pregnancy!?!
