Costco has keto recipe books. I used sites like dietdoctor and ruled.me to find recipes. I also followed some amazing women on Instagram. I lost 50 lbs between January 2018 and May 2018. I then found out I was pregnant and had to stop keto. Once I'm done breastfeeding, I'll be starting keto again. My best advice is to just take it one day at a time. Sometimes jumping right into keto can be hard and stressful. If you're having problems maintaining keto at 20 net carbs, try just doing a lower carb diet for a month and then switching back to keto. As for weighing myself, I would do weekly weigh-ins. It worked for me and showed me I was progressing in my weight loss journey. To help drink more water, I used Crystal light and mio to flavor my water. After a month or so, I was fine with plain water at all times. Good luck on your journey.

I have always been a lot bigger than most people and I am tired of how I look I want to change. Monday was my first day doing keto and it’s been so hard but I’m powering through I know I shouldn’t do this but I weighed myself today and I lost 3.3 pounds since Monday and I’m so proud of myself because it’s only been three days and I’m already making progress if anyone has any tips on keto and recipes that would be amazing!! I’m so hungry all the time so I’m trying not to give in to my hunger
