Just confirmed a missed miscarriage and our hearts are heavy. We confirmed the pregnancy on Father’s Day we were so excited....started had some bleeding and the ER called it a threatened miscarriage(I was about 5weeks along) but little did I know that the bleeding was my miscarriage. Fiancé wants to try again as soon as possible we’ve been given the clear to resume sexual activity but could it be possible to ovulate so soon without the presence of my cycle. My doc said 4-6 weeks. Does that mean I won’t have a cycle in July?? We don’t want to use opk’s we want this ttc journey to be as lax as possible
