Breastfeeding and bottlefeeding

My little only breastfeeds for 18 minutes on one breast. My little one weighted 6 pounds & 14 ounces. Lasted week on Thursday she weighted 7 pounds & 2 ounces. She was only 11 days old. I was breastfeeding then but only gave her 1 bottle per day. How much weight did she gain & is that good. Should I feed my little one every 1 hour,2 hour,or 3 since she doesn't stay on the breast for long? What did you use to produce more breast milk for your little one? How much formula did you give your little one? How many bottles did you give your little one throughout the day since you were both breastfeeding and bottlefeeding?
