Confused

Laura • Wed, Sep 30 • Been together almost two years, married one year, passively TTC about 6 months but only two months actively TTC

So this month I thought we were good- everything lined up, ovulation test was positive on day after sexual activity and we did it again that night. "Period" came but only for one day so I thought maybe implantation? Then today I had a fleshy ball with tiny bit of blood come out... I'm wondering if implantation failed? Or what else could that be?
