You're not the only one. I go through it every month! I literally just want to cry because of the pain but try some pain reliever or this, I use it and it's really helpful and it's not as expensive as the named brand.

Lately I have been having really bad cramps it starts to hurt my rectom and lower back. The pain is so bad I don't know what to do it hurts to sit and I can't even stand. Has anyone experience this before? I have never had bad cramps like this before. Any answers ?
