Has people ever gotten a faint but not ended up pregnant?

Have there been people that get a faint line and not been pregnant? I'm afraid I'm getting my hopes up. I have been testing for three days now and got three faint lines each time. AF is due anytime from 30th-3rd.

Yes! This unfortunately happens way more often then people seem to want to admit. Chemical pregnancies happen all the time, the egg gets fertilized and tried to implant, but either fails or your body deems that this set of genes is not healthy enough. You get your period just like normal. However, you're devastated if you have been testing early and seeing faint lines. This is why testing early can be the worst. This has happened to me and a lot of people I know. All you can do is wait to see if your period comes. Mine was three days late when I had my chemical.
