it's just the blood flow, more blood goes down there when you're aroused. when your heart beats, you can feel the blood pulsate. :)

It happens to me a lot and I think it's just because you had some intense sex and your heart rate is elevated and you can feel it down there. I don't think it's anything actually bad.
