Low milk supply.

My milk supply and demand has been low. I have to go back to work tomorrow and they are only going to let me pump once during my eight hour day. Is there anything I can do keep my milk supply and possibly increase it? I would like my baby to be strictly on breast milk.

Get the freemi hands free pump attachment. Pump whenever you want then go get a drink and while your up out the milk in the fridge. Say your taking a cigarette break.. No one ever balks an eye at those breaks but god forbid you need ten minutes to feed your kid 😳

You need to pump at least twice during your 8 hour workday so you don't lose your supply. Can you take a break mid morning and then take a later lunch and do it then? You have a legal right to pump as much as you need to for a baby under 1 year so you should have to use your lunch break to do it but some jobs are challenging to work around. If you have a human resources department go talk to them about their breastfeeding policy. If they don't have one, then provide them a copy of the law so they can make one.

Mothers milk tea really helped me increase my supply

I would see if you can get more pumping sessions in/Lunch/break:drive home, but as someone else said, I'm pretty sure there are laws to protect mothers who BF.

Where do you work? I'm pretty sure the law says they can't restrict how many times you can pump.

I'm working now and lucky to pump once in 9 to 11 hours :( I haven't pushed it with my boss because it just isn't possible to get more time. I pump as much as I can on my off days, eat oatmeal and take vitamins to keep it up as much as I can, but it's a challenge for sure.
