Bloat belly vs Baby bump
How do you know when it changes from a bloat belly to a baby bump?
I've completely lost my abs and I fluctuate belly size day by day. I'm only 7w3d so I assume it's still bloat belly. But I'm curious as to when I'll KNOW it's baby vs bloat...
