Getting back on track (losing that baby weight)
So I’m 3 weeks PP and I know that’s not long but I’m not loving that I still can’t fit into a lot of stuff (like everything) and the stuff I do fit in just sits weird because of my mommy pouch.
Don’t get me wrong I love what my body did and I knew it would take a minute to lose the weight
I’m just curious what yous did to get back on track...
I’m breastfeeding and it seems like I can’t go a half hour without her needing me so I’m on the couch so much and I find myself snacking and drinking a glass of soda in the middle of the night to stay up while I nurse.
