One good ovary

After seeing a fert doctor, it looks like I might have only one good ovary while the other one May or may not drop an egg. Therefore, there are months when I don't ovulate. When I log in the app that I don't ovulate, it tends to elongate when my period should occur and when the fertile window should start. Is there a way I can tell the app, I just didn't ovulate and to not make adjustments?
