9weeks pregnant and loss of symptoms

Ok.. So I found out I have a subchorionic hematoma at 8 weeks (I had a little spotting up to that). But had an ultrasound and heard the baby's heartbeat. But at 9 weeks I passed clot (about the size of my thumb) with no bleeding or cramping whatsoever. Since then I have not even spotted or had any cramping and the most scary is have had not a single pregnancy symptom since. My boobs are slightly sore.. Maybe I should feel blessed to not have to deal with all of that but waking up with nausea was a nice reminder that my little bean was still going strong. My symptoms have been gone for 4 days. Has anyone else experienced this?
