Have had all day nausea and throwing up in mornings. The morning is when I take my prenatal. Obviously it's probably all out by mid morning so going to switch to taking it at night. My question is should I take another dose tonight due to getting sick this morning? Want to make sure baby gets important nutrients to grow and be healthy. Such as folic acid. Appetite has been low:( want to eat but so much nausea! Thanks
