I just went to my obgyn and he said it's a rare side effect. It's not deadly (obvi) but it won't stop until you take it out. Your skin will continue to react like this to every hormonal birth control. Anyways that's what he told me! It's all over my stomach and my shoulders. He said it's just a cosmetic issue. But the birth control itself is still working fine. I had the mire a and nexplanon.(currently on the nexplanon)
