My 6 month old son cries so much. I can’t get anything done.

I put him down , he cries.

I walk away, he cries.

I try to shower, he cries.

I use the restroom, he cries.

I do laundry, he cries.

I cook dinner, he cries.

I’m a single mom, so i don’t have anyone to help. i try to turn on baby shows, I’ve done infant sensory videos. Nothing works

I don’t know what to do to help him self soothe or know he’ll be okay for a few minutes without me.

I tried the pacifier, he’s fed, he’s had a diaper change.
