Allow your SO's sperm to regenerate QUALITY sperm. More sex doesn't equal better chances of pregnancy. BD within the next 24-48 hours. Sperm can live up to 5 days inside of your vagina. Baby dust to you!

Sperm need to mature at least 24hr (36hr most optimal) in between BDs for them to be as effective as possible to reach and fertilize your egg. Only the stronger, more mature sperm survive long enough...
They can survive up to 5 days, but I'd BD one more time before your LH drops off.☺️
