Smile now different??

I had a baby June 7 and had no complications although I did have an epidural. Yesterday I noticed my smile is different. It’s uneven. One side is different and seems to droop showing some of my teeth. See pic below. Could this be something from the birth? Anyone experienced anything similar? No pain and nothing else on my body/face seems to be different. But super self-conscious now of my smile. 😩😭
