Answers needed

Okay so I have the nexplanon in my arm and I’ve been on my period for about a month now and I decided to have sex. He ended up nutting in me. What do you guys think the likeliness of me getting pregnant is? (Keep in mind I’m still on my period when all this is happening and I’m on nexplanon) I just need to know whether or not I should take a plan B
