Labor signs!?

I’m 36 weeks as of tomorrow and last night I was having awful painful contractions on and off all night. I was getting worried I got up and walked around drank water but I was still in so much pain. I just waited hours for them to finally pass! What is this and why is my body doing this if it’s not actually labor!? So confused...

I don't think you need to worry until the contractions are coming at a consistent pace. If it will make you feel better to go into the doctor and get checked then do so but when real active labor is happening the contractions will be consistent. But you could be starting to dilate a little bit which isn't uncommon.

I’m 34 weeks and have been having contractions. My midwife hasn’t been concerned at all. She told me to only be concerned if they get stronger and my consistent.

I also had the same issue it was soo bad after 5 consistent hours i gave up n went to the doc and they claim it was early contractions

Im 36 weeks tomorrow too. Its just baby getting ready, ive been contracting for weeks. I get induced in a week for IUGR
