How often do you put your baby on tummy time ?

When should baby start holder her head up ?

2-3 times a day, but I only do it so many times because she loves it. I’ve got a really strong girl who is already trying to scoot around. 
I’d let your baby guide you, every baby is different. Letting them lay on your chest is a good way to do it for babies who don’t like tummy time.

Pediatrician told us 2-3 times a day for at least 5 minutes. If she gets upset, don’t force it. On chest is fine, but don’t let it to be the only time she learns to lift her head. The laying on firm surface should be tried mostly. We aren’t too rigid on it, we do it when we can. My LO shows signs of good head control without tummy time so I’m not overly concerned (and neither was Pediatrician).

A lot through out the day. Anytime she's up and I need both hands or am doing whatever, she's on her tummy on her mat

He's on my chest quite alot but we only floor tummy time once a day as he really doesn't like it.. usually it's around 4-6 months .. my lo is 10 weeks and got pritty good control he can hold it for long periods of time and follow his body when I hold his hands and we go from lying to sitting xx

I do at least once on my chest and once on a flat surface for as long as she'll tolerate followed by propping her up on the boppy.
