For those who use OPKs and test twice a day, what times do you do them?

I've been doing it at 4pm (stopping fluids at 2pm) and want to start testing twice a day in my fertile window so I don't miss the LH surge. 
What do you guys recommend? I'm using Pregmate test strips.

I do mine 9:00-9:45am and again around 9pm. Once I get an almost positive I’ll test 3-4 times that day.

I go at morning tea at work and after dinner. 11am and 6pm-8pm.

I use Clearblue Advanced, which calls for first morning urine. I only test twice on the day before I expect my peak, and that day I’ll test again when I get home from work around 4:00.
