Inconsiderate Boss!!!!!!!😣😣😣

Hey ladies. So I work at a cafe shop and i already had thoughts of quitting due to the manager being really negative and sometimes straight out rude. I dont feel comfortable in her presence. Like I feel a lot of pressure and anxiety when shes around. Anaywas today I had the worst period cramps ever. I was throwing up and felt really fatigued. Well I had work at 6am so I called and told her my situation. She actually tells me, do you have a doctors note, if not you still have to come. You cant just leave us to open alone. I was actually soooooo shocked since I literally told her I was throwing up. I don't know what to do so I just left and in the shittiest condition. I get there and she gives a lecture as I am crying about not being a team player. At this point I'm noticing that there is three people working in our tiny cafe and I know would be enough and she really didnt have to force me to come. After that lecture she makes me literally put stickers on sand which packages and sends me home an hour later. Really????!!!!!! How should I deal with this can I do anything??
