Blocked tube symptoms?

Does anyone know if a blocked tube can cause symptoms only during ovulation? My left tube may be blocked. Doctor says it’s possible it just spasmed during the HSG test. Been tested for everything including endo. Everything normal. Never had an std, or abdominal surgery etc. So no logical reason it would be blocked. The only symptom I’ve noticed is that I get twinges in my ovaries when I ovulate. The side they say is blocked gets soreness in addition to the twinges. I always just thought maybe that side ovulated more than the other and that’s why it’s more pronounced. Now I’m curious if it’s the blockage.

Any idea if the soreness could be related to the possible blockage? I really don’t want to do another HSG test!
