Quitting my new job

Is it weird how I feel nervous telling my manager tomorrow about quitting after two weeks? I just don’t feel comfortable in the environment and everyone seems miserable while working there. I found a new job which is calmer and pays the same money.

How do I go on about telling my manager tomorrow of leaving?
