Salsa chicken - Chicken breasts and your favorite jar of salsa cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Pulled pork - pork butt roast, a jar of your favorite bbq sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8-12 hours, shred and serve on rolls or on its own.

Also, chicken fajita tacos. Same idea. Just chicken breasts, seasoned with either a taco or fajita seasoning, strips of orange and red bell pepper, and pour a medium chunky salsa over the top. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Then shred the chicken and mix it up. Serve on tortillas.

BBQ chicken. I just throw in a few chicken breasts season then lightly with some pepper and garlic, pour BBQ sauce over them (Trader Joe’s BBQ sauce is my favorite). And cook low for 3-4 hours. Then I shred the chicken after. It’s usually sooo tender and shreds super easy with two forks. I like to put the chicken on a toasted bun for a sandwich, or in a tortilla with some lettuce and carrots for a wrap.
