What are these red dots on chin???
When I woke up I didn’t have these dots under my chin but I noticed them early afternoon. They don’t fade when I put pressure on them and they don’t hurt, itch, or rise on the skin. I had similar ones on my arm a couple weeks ago and I’ve heard it’s capillaries bursting but I don’t know why this is happening?? Please help!!!!
