I haven't started with toothpaste, but in Washington(the state I'm in) they have it in the water, so I'm not as concerned.

If no/ when will you start? I’ve read conflicting information that you can use a little smear of fluoride after one. But then other resources say wait until they can spit? So confused.

I started with babytoothpaste and aqua water.

The case manager RN (nicu baby) said to use fluoride but I had already gotten nonfluoride. We use tap water for everything and it’s fluoridated so I’m not worried about it. Next fine will be fluoride.
