Has anyone else seen this before?

My 2-month old got her shots Wednesday. This morning I took the bandaids off and found her skin horribly irritated underneath! Poor baby. Anyone know if this could be a latex allergy or something else??

I never leave the bandaid on longer than a couple hours. Can irritate the skin if its left on so long.

Its either a reaction or the bandaid pulled off skin. I always use tiny bandaids or circular ones for babies when I give vaccines because I worry about that... sorry momma... hopefully it's not bugging her too much 😖💗

Looks like it's an adhesive allergy. Wouldn't hurt to have his pediatrician look at it so they can do something different next time.

Adhesive allergy. I get it to. Have to remove the bandaid an hour or so after just until the bleeding stops. Wash the area well and wipe clean with baby oil to get any leftover adhesive off.

Could be an allergy to the adhesive, mine looks like that after only a couple hours and I’m allergic, or it could be from having them on so long. My pediatrician usually tells me to take them off when we get home (we live 15 minutes from the office).

Definitely looks like a reaction to the adhesive from the bandaid.
Try not to leave them on there that long. If I leave them on my own skin it gets irritated after a day.

It’s likely an allergy to the glue on the bandaid. Do you know what brand it was? I used to be allergic to bandaids as well. The only kind I could use was Bandaid brand. Anything else like Curex would cause this same reaction.
