How does it feel 3 months post c section?
Are we supposed to feel completely normal?

I did and started doing too much to fast popped two hernis in my c section area. Take as long as you feel you need to recover and then take it slow and easy when coming to abdominal stuff

I didn’t start feeling back to myself until about 6 months. At 3 months with each baby I felt just off still pretty stiff and just not myself

Just had my 2nd c-section; the first was an emergency after 30 hours of unsuccessful labor. I didn’t feel “normal” for 6+ months (emotionally and physically). This go around, my dr wouldn’t let me go past 41 weeks and it was scheduled- mentally I bounced back a lot faster, which I think greatly impacted me physically. I’m 9 weeks post and feel much much better than last time, doing everything I typically would.

I’m 4 months out and feel “ normal “ until I do something active and then I feel achy on one side of my stomach .
