Yes and no. My LC said if poops are green it means baby is getting too much foremilk and not any of the fatty hind milk! Are you pumping a lot?

I have also read a lot that says as long as baby is gaining weight, green poo isn’t much of a worry??

When my son's looked like that it was a sign he was getting too much foremilk. I started block feeding and it's back to yellow and he's much less gassy.
