VBAC???

When is the soonest your doctor said you can attempt a VBAC after your c section?

I’m pregnant with my second and they’ll be a year and a half apart. They were asking if I wanted to schedule a csection or try vbac and I’m opting for a csection. They said no one would try to change my mind on it because of the dangers to me and my baby if my uterus ruptured. They said they want at least a year and a half to two years between pregnancies if you’re trying for vbac after a csection.

I had my son march 2018! I’m 21 weeks pregnant with our second and due in November! My dr is on board with a vbac! I’ll be 20 months pp from my first!

I'm going to be giving birth 17mo post csection.  My dr has said I can try a vbac but before I try I'm gonna talk to the other drs in the group as I see them and get their opinions as well.    I dont want another csection but I also want to make a wise decision.

My doctor hasn't quite said on when I can try for a vbac but during my c section she mentioned that if I want to try a vbac, how she was stitching me up will allow me to. But I'm sure they'd want you to be all healed up before attempting

Put your info into the vbac calculator! My doctors swear by it. I didn’t get pregnant for 18 months after mine but my doctor says he really likes atleast 12 months.
