Ive only gained like 12 pounds and im 19 weeks normal or not? And when do u think ill see more? I mean most of my weight is from my bump and that's it🤷

I’m 19 weeks and have only gained 4lbs. I actually lost weight in my first trimester from my vomiting. Doctor is just happy I’m gaining now.

I’m 21 weeks and have only gained five. The average by 20 weeks is 8-10 so I’d say you’re good!

I was told to only gain 25-30lbs with all my pregnancies but never went over 7lbs I'm 14weeks 5days today and haven't gained a single lb. I think what you have gained looks good unless your ob says otherwise

Thats perfect! I have gained 20 and my dr isnt happy with me... Some women dont pop till like 30 weeks. This my second and I look huge. People have asked if I could be farther along than I think.

I'm 21 weeks almost and at 7 lbs gain. I track my calorie intake to ensure I don't go over the 25-30 lbs recommend. I gained a lot with my first 2, 70 & 40, so I'm being cautious! You're right on track
