How do I ease back into running
Hi I’m going into junior year ever since track ended in spring I’ve been consistent with my runs more than my peers, running 4-5 days a week I was in such good shape. But then at a party I got mono and been out for two weeks and I feel 90% recovered and my cross country season starts again soon, how should I ease back into this? It’s a setback but I can get past it
