How to get birth control

So about a month ago I lost my virginity to my boyfriend the night before he moved back to his home country. We are no longer dating because we didn't want to deal with the cross-Atlantic distance. I didn't worry about birth control because I didn't think I'd be having sex again until I was in another serious relationship.

Well a few days ago I got drunk and hooked up with an old friend. So now I think it'd be safest for me to go on birth control. But I don't know how to get it without my parents knowing. I'm still under their insurance so I can't go to my normal doctor. I'd be willing to pay out of pocket for it, but where should I go??
