Why does it look like 2 Dots??

5 Week 3 Days Ultrasound. Is this normal?

My doctor calls this stage "the ring" because if you look closely you can see the full circle. Which is perfect for the 5 week mark.

Those dots are the edges of the yolk sac.  At 5w3d, baby will be so tiny you might not be able to see it yet.  All normal at this stage.  Each day makes a huge difference at this stage.
