First appt!

My dr tried to find the heartbeat near my pelvis bone and was unable to. She gave me the typical "it's a little early, sometimes we can't find it" speech then did an internal check to check on the uterus.  It's measuring a *lot* higher than it typically is at this time - it was up near my belly button! She redid the heartbeat check to see if she could find it higher up and she found it about an inch below my belly button, coming in at s good 158 bmp.

Has anyone measured higher? What did it mean/how did it turn out? Twins? I'm 100% certain of my LMP thanks to Glow and we didn't TTC until after that period so I know I can't be further ahead than 11 weeks.
