Morning sickness.

So I just started having morning sickness and I'm 5wks & 3days, this is my first pregnancy and I'm starting to get worried because I will throw up constantly and when I throw up I will have rapid heartbeat and I will feel dehydrated but the thing is I can keep food and drinks down but it just constantly keeps happening. I'm not sure if I should go to the hospital or the doctors I'm worried and I wanted to know if any other females have been through this as early as I am in pregnancy and give me advice on what I should do.. Anything will help.
