Pain with sex

Do any of you ladies get pain with sex, particularly those who have endometriosis and/or PCOS (or the like)? If you do, does anyone have any tips... I can’t believe I’ve gotten there, but my endo and PCOS are so bad, sex is starting to become more painful than its worth.
