Period after MMC
I had my first period after MMC in May which started off as a week of dark brown spotting (only when I wiped) before it turned into full flow. What day do I count as day 1 of my cycle? The day the spotting started or the day the full flow started? Please help, trying to track when I’ll ovulate!
