Mystery cramps? 2months after MC

Update (if anyone cares): it was a ruptured ovarian cyst:

I had a MC around 7weeks near the end of May, my period came back 4 weeks later, I’m about in the middle of my current cycle, I ovulated around the 1st I think and my period shouldn’t start until around the 15th. Last night after having sex I experienced the worst cramps of my life, worse than my MC too. The pain was from my low ribs to my vagina. I could barely stand up and was crying from the pain, but I wasn’t bleeding or anything 🤔 It was so bad I wanted to go to the ER because I was in that much pain. I managed to pop some ibuprofen and lay down with a heating pad, the sharp cramps were on and off but eventually I fell asleep, this morning I just feel sore, still no bleeding, I took a pregnancy test and it was negative as I knew it would be.

I’m going to make an appointment with my doctor tomorrow once they open but has anyone else experienced something like this? I’ve had some pain during sex since the MC but never anything close to this.
