My nose ring

So I got my nose pierced about 1 week ago now, (not last Saturday the Saturday before that) 29/06/19 and last night at around 12-12:30 am I was just laying in bed, and I accidentally bumped it and it started hurting and the opening of the actual ring that shouldn’t go in your nose did! And now it’s stuck and I keep trying to move it I keep applying peroxide on it to keep it Sterile E.t.c but I’m really worried because I can’t twist it around and I can’t get it out of my nose, so like it’s in my actual nose, and it’s pretty sore when I touch it, Idk what to do!
