What was your period like after depo?

I was so excited to see my period return yesterday! But now I'm not so sure. It's very little lightish brown blood and it's still the same way today. My periods before were extremely heavy and hard on my body. I have light cramps and hardly any blood? Is it my period?

Answer

That’s how my periods were when it first started. All I had was light brown blood. Now my periods are 2 full days of red blood, one day of brown blood and one day of light spotting before it stops altogether. My periods have started coming every 29/30 days so I’m guessing it’s starting to regulate. My period before depo used to be 5-6 days and somewhat heavy. Now since I stopped depo, it’s nowhere like that 🤷🏽‍♀️ I did hear that depo can change your period.
