Rash around mouth and fever

Anyone experience a rash around your kids mouth along with a fever (fever showed up one day before the rash). I see and hear no other symptoms. She won’t let me look inside her mouth but she’s avoiding some favorite foods that are crunchy so it makes me think she may have a sore mouth? I’m wondering if it could be hand mouth foot disease but I’m not sure if rash around the mouth is typical cause there’s nothing on her hands or feet. Its not the clearest of the bumps cause my phone wouldn’t focus.
