My aunt is a professional jeweler and she says one of the best/easiest ways to keep your rings clean is to just keep them on when you do the dishes.

In the shower when I actually get a chance to shower myself 😂 (baby life 🤷🏻‍♀️) 
But my brother who is a jeweller cleans then professionally for me 1-2 times per year

I’ve spent the majority of my work experience in jewelry,starting with sales. The cleaner is mild I scented soap like dawn but watered down basically w a lil ammonia. I have a very high end set and I soak in 1/2 dawn 1/2 water over nite and gently brush w a baby toothbrush or any very soft brush(this should be new and never used on anything but jewelry) rinse and brush. Almost like new......except for the buffing. I had the lil machine cleaner and I’m guilty of paying for it bc I wanted the best for something so valuable to me.....but that’s silly. Lol
The dish soap actually works better than the ultrasonic machine ever did,plus the machine can make stones loose and only one ring should be in it at a time bc they hit and vibrate against each other.
