I’m 7 DPO today. I felt fine this morning other than a little tired and a headache. After dinner I started feeling real bad. Major headache, dizziness, weakness, stomach cramps, nauseous, diarrhea, all the things. The last time I used the restroom there was blood after peeing. Just one wipe got it all but it was definitely there and red. Could this be implantation symptoms or is someone just playing a sick trick on me and I just randomly bled a little while also feeling like death? Has anyone else experienced this?
