HELP! is this positive?

I literally just had a c-section a month ago and I took this test to make sure (since it’s past the four weeks) and it kind of looks positive but I can’t tell. I feel absolutely terrible about this, and have no clue what to do if it is actually positive. Y’all opinions would be great. If it is positive, will the baby be okay? I’ve heard it can attach to the cut and something can happen but i’m just not sure. Please nothing negative I already have a huge regret for what I did. Also can anyone else tell me their stories about if they got pregnant RIGHT AFTER having a baby? I feel like my family will be so ashamed and disappointed.
