How would you decorate this nursery? The crib is the babyletto white Hudson crib. We are adopting so we don’t know the gender. And I don’t want to take off the wall paper on that wall.

I don’t blame you for not wanting to take down the wallpaper, but I would consider covering it up. We did an accent wall with peel and stick vinyl planks in faux wood. It turned out great. We went gender neutral as well, as we decided not to find out the gender. 
If you decide to do something like this, don’t rely of the adhesive on the back of the planks, they’ll fall down. You need to add an extra glue on the back. Good luck!!

The wallpaper looks girly, is it pink flowers? That’s not very gender neutral. If you can repaint you should. A grey wall would look great and is super neutral!

I’d go definitely earth tones probably  browns and greens. Grey seems to be this year’s gender neutral color and the right hue could look really great in there. 
If animals are your vibe, fluffy bunnies or woodland creatures are a good theme with flowers (assuming the wall paper is flowers as they appear). You could also go with inspirational quotes, etc. 
A large piece of furniture (wardrobe, dresser, changing station, etc) against the papered wall will lessen some of the impact. I’d also put framed prints corresponding to your theme on that wall. There’s a lot going on with the print and it can easily over power the room.
